RETURN POLICY

100% Return on selectedl items – If applicable rules are applied.

Shalin Inc is dedicated to our customer in working with you to ensure that our products meet your satisfaction and that any problems you may encounter are handled in a timely and professional manner.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, and generally-accepted personal hygiene policies, and for your protection, we are unable to provide refunds on any of our feminine hygiene products disposable or reusable Travel Mate, Magic Cone, or The Whiz., along with tubing and collection bags. . We provide detailed instructions on our site for your convenience and decision.

100% Return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return all new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Shalin Inc (except FUD's, tubing & collection bags)) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus postage).  All items are expected to be returned in their original packaging undamaged.  All refunds are processed within 15 days upon receipt of the package.  After, but no longer than 45 days a 25% restocking charge will be added, minus shipping charges.  After 45 days, no returns willt be accepted.

Refused Items

A 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges will be charged for shipments refused by the customer. No credit will be given for FUD's refused only other products. Additional charges may apply.

Items we CANNOT accept to be returned or refunded.

• Any FUD’s whether opened or not.
• Any items not in original packaging, instruction guides included if applicable.
• Our cases if soiled, or damaged.
• After45 days from original invoice date.   

Before Returning Merchandise
Should your return comply with the reasons above, please contact us by E-MAIL: linda@whenyagottago.com .We will note that you are returning product and will follow up with a return e-mail with return information noted on this page.  You may follow up with a phone call to us at 208-691-9524.   Unfortunately, we can not guarantee any package sent without a tracking number, along with a signed receipt upon receipt of your package.
Unauthorized or Refused Items
Partial Refunds:

• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Cases that have been soiled or not returned as received will receive NO refund.
